The lecture in this week is about various rating tools such as Green Star,
LEED.
Through this lecture, I have learnt many systems to verify a project. And the
frameworks of these rating tools. Moreover, if a building reward the
certification such as 6star building, it can not only be a good selling point,
but improve the brand of developer.
